As Arya Renewable Energy Inc., we have added another milestone to the steps we take toward a sustainable future. We successfully completed and commissioned the Solar Power Plant (SPP) project carried out with Kastamonu Taşköprü Municipality in a much shorter time than initially committed.

Project Process and Rapid Delivery

Following the signing of the construction contract with Taşköprü Municipality, we promptly began the works. The project, implemented on the roof of the covered marketplace area, was initially planned with a two-month schedule. However, thanks to Arya’s experienced team, installation and assembly were completed in just one month—a record time—and the facility was put into operation.

Technical Details and Capacity

In this project, high efficiency was targeted by utilizing the latest technologies.
Installed Capacity: ~809 kWp (640 kWe).
Number of Panels: 1,485 units (545 Wp each).
Application Type: Rooftop and Carport (parking area / marketplace canopy).

Environmental and Economic Impact

The commissioned plant is expected to generate approximately 1 million kWh of energy annually, meeting about 70% of Taşköprü Municipality’s electricity consumption. This project not only provides economic savings but also makes a significant contribution to environmental sustainability.
It will prevent the cutting of approximately 1,200 trees per year.
A substantial reduction in carbon emissions will be achieved.

Social Benefits

Beyond energy generation, the project also delivers social value. By covering the marketplace with solar panels, the area has become more sheltered and efficient for vendors and the public during winter conditions and rainy weather.
