Our Demirköprü Floating Solar project in Salihli, Manisa has received the first pre-licence granted to floating solar power plants under the YEKA scheme.
The pre-licence, granted on 23 July 2026, marks one of the key milestones in the official and technical progress of our project. The plant to be built on the Demirköprü Dam reservoir will have a grid output of 35 MW and a total panel capacity of 50.25 MWp, and is expected to generate approximately 77.6 million kWh of electricity per year.
Developed in partnership with PMS Dock Marine Systems and Smart Güneş Teknolojileri, the project's permitting, engineering, procurement and site works are progressing in line with the planned schedule.
While the pre-licence does not mean that generation has started, it represents an important official stage completed on the way to bringing the project to life.
